Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what Pradhan Tours & Travels collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Booking details — your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop locations, travel dates, passenger count and any notes you add to a booking.
- Account details — if you register, the details you enter and an encrypted form of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Payment information — the payment method, transaction reference and any payment screenshot you upload so we can verify the payment. We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking password or any other payment credential.
- Enquiries — anything you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
How we use it
- To confirm, arrange and deliver the journey or package you booked.
- To contact you about your booking — confirmations, driver and vehicle details, and changes.
- To verify payments and issue invoices.
- To answer your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to deliver your booking or where the law requires it — for example, giving the assigned driver your name, phone number and pickup point, or providing records to our bank or to authorities when legally obliged.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and restricted access to booking records. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please contact us at once if you believe your account or booking has been misused.
Cookies
This site uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your booking session. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the booking flow may then stop working.
Your choices
