Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking with Pradhan Tours & Travels. By confirming a booking you accept the terms below.

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and written or verbal confirmation from us.
Bookings can be made from 1 day and up to 90 days before the travel date.
An unpaid booking is held for 24 hours; if payment is not received within that window the booking may be released automatically.
Please check the pickup date, time, pickup point and vehicle on your confirmation and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.

You may pay an advance to hold the booking, with the balance due before or at the start of the journey, or pay in full at the time of booking.
We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash. For UPI and bank transfers, please upload the payment screenshot so we can verify it.
Applicable taxes are shown on the booking summary before you confirm.
A booking is treated as confirmed only once payment has been verified by our team.

Package fares include fuel, tolls, parking, state permit and driver allowance unless stated otherwise on the package page.
Fares are quoted per vehicle, not per person, unless the package says otherwise.
Any travel beyond the stated itinerary, route or duration is chargeable at the rate agreed with the driver or our office before the extra travel begins.
Entry tickets, guide fees and meals are not included unless expressly listed.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the travel date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the travel date may attract a deduction to cover costs already committed.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days.
If we have to cancel a booking for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or an alternative vehicle of equivalent class, whichever you prefer.

Please be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. Waiting beyond a reasonable period may be chargeable.
Smoking, alcohol and any illegal substance are not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's licensed seating capacity.
We are not liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather, traffic, roadblocks, strikes, breakdowns, accidents or government restrictions. We will always try to arrange a suitable alternative.
Please keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for items left behind in a vehicle, though we will make every effort to return them.
